Karen Clarke is General Manager of Sustainability Strategy at Delta Air Lines and serves as Chief of Staff to Delta's Chief Sustainability Officer. She leads efforts to integrate sustainability across the business, helping advance Delta's sustainability strategy while driving efficiency and growing customer loyalty.
With more than 14 years at Delta, Karen has held leadership roles across Revenue Management, Sales, and Sustainability, giving her a broad perspective on connecting business performance with long-term value creation.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and is proud to call Atlanta home.
