Senior Director, Strategy, Policy & Innovation
Adelaide is an Atlanta native but has spent most of her career outside the area. A Georgia Tech graduate, Adelaide began her career in affordable housing and community development in Boston. From underwriting large scale multifamily housing projects locally, she went on to support technical and capital initiatives across the country for two national non-profit intermediaries, NeighborWorks and Enterprise Community Partners.
Adelaide returned to Atlanta in 2018, and currently serves as Interim Senior Vice President for Strategy, Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Atlanta Housing. In that role, she coordinates the strategic planning and resource development planning processes, tracks and oversees responses to policy shifts, and key research initiatives to inform policy. Adelaide co-chairs AH’s Sustainability Initiative, bringing benefits to residents and the organization, as well as the climate, with a myriad of partners. Priorities include expediting energy efficiency on existing properties, workforce development programs, accessing new resources, and lowering AH’s carbon footprint. Her interests are market innovation, partnership development and program startups.
