Andrew Bohenko

Andrew Bohenko has been at Mercedes-Benz Stadium since August 2019. In his current role as Sustainability Initiatives Manager, he is responsible for managing all of Blank Family of Businesses sustainability processes and operations, including water conservation, energy optimization, recycling and composting, and alternative transportation and urban garden and agricultural programs.

Bohenko also worked as a contractor for Mercedes-Benz Stadium from 2019-2020, where he served as a member of the diversion team on event days. Before working at Mercedes-Benz Stadium as the Sustainability Initiatives Manager, Bohenko worked in film for over a decade, spending much of his time in film production. There, in addition to his outlined role responsibilities, he worked to divert and salvage as much as possible from film sets.

Since Bohenko rejoined the organization in 2021, he has also worked to develop streamlined processes that allow the Stadium to divert more materials away from landfill than ever before. He has also helped Mercedes-Benz Stadium achieve Zero Waste every month since March 2022.
