Brandon Rochon

Chief Creative Officer

Brandon Rochon has spent over two decades proving that culture and fashion aren’t soft skills, they’re the fastest way into a boardroom that thinks it already knows everything. In Paris, he launched Coke Zero across continents and woke up Louis Vuitton at Ogilvy, introducing the notion that street style isn’t waiting for luxury’s permission and started setting its terms. In Los Angeles, he ran creative for Red Bull, a brand allergic to anything ordinary, and co-founded the sneaker culture media company Snkrinc back when sneakers were still filed under hobby instead of economy.

That fluency, the ability to stand in the gap between what a brand is and what a culture actually wants, built The Fluent Group, the Innovation studio he co-founded, a roster that reads like someone raiding culture from every direction at once: DC Comics and Wayne Enterprises, Universal Music Group and Death Row Records, Snoop Dogg and Olivia Rodrigo, Target, Virgin Galactic, Automobili Pininfarina, Beyond Meat and Du Nord Social Spirits. Comic book universes and record labels and electric hypercars don’t usually sit in the same portfolio.

Fluency is the reason they can. He’s brought the same instinct to the game itself, helping the Baltimore Orioles treat a hundred years of history as inheritance instead of inventory, and to the world stage, chairing communications for both the U.N. World Food Program USA board and the national board of the Forward Party, translating hunger and democracy into languages people actually want to speak. His whole career is one argument, repeated in a dozen different rooms: change what a culture finds beautiful, and you change what it’s willing to fight for.
