As part of the Sustainability & Philanthropy leadership at Rivian—an American electric vehicle manufacturer—Grant leads a team focused on voluntary reporting, carbon accounting, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and AI, as well as partnering internally on sustainability communications and marketing.
Previously, at Johnson & Johnson, Grant spearheaded the creation of and communications campaigns for J&J’s Center for Health Worker Innovation, a $250 million 10-year commitment. As a leader at impact agencies Public Inc. and GOOD/Upworthy, he developed purpose-driven strategies for leading brands. He began his career as a program officer at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and subsequently a consultant to nonprofits and foundations.
